Dr. Xin Yu Li is Vice Chairwoman of Grandview Institution. She is also the appointed expert for the Beijing International Communication Center, senior research fellow of Western Returned Scholars Association (WRSA), lecture expert of Central Party School (National School of Administration), Master Degree Tutor of University of Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese University, and visiting professors of Renmin University and Jilin University.

Before Grandview Institution, she was the Director General of the Research Center for People-to-People Diplomacy and Director General of International City Cooperation Center of the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), and Deputy Secretary General of China International Foundation for Strategic Studies.

Dr. Li has more than 30 years of research and working experience in international relations, international cooperation, people-to-people diplomacy, city diplomacy and public diplomacy, in which she has initiated and conducted several highly recognized programs, such as Global CEO Council, Rainbow Bridge Project, Golden Key Project,“Ode to Peace” World Tour, “Belt and Road” Programs etc. Her research works includes Chen Hanseng’s Writings, 1919-1949, 30 Interviews About 30-Year China Economic Reform, City Diplomacy: Theory And Practice, An Open City and A Win-Win Future--A Special Report on China Urban Competitiveness (1973-2015), How to Tell the World about China, MNCs’ Actions--In Fighting Covid-19 together with China, Rouching the Tiger (Documentary) and Lao Qu (Documentary) etc.

Dr. Li holds a Master Degree in International Relations from University of Foreign Affairs in China and a Doctor Degree in International Relations from USC in the USA.
