Defense Attaché and Army Attaché of the Embassy of Japan in China visited GVI

On 14th June, Colonel Motohiko Nakamura, Defense Attaché and Army Attaché of the Embassy of Japan in China, visited Grandview Institution (GVI) and had a frank and in-depth exchange with Zhang Tuosheng, Director of Academic Committee and Director of Center for North-eastern Asia Studies of GVI, and Hu Yumin, Director of China Arms Control and Disarmament Association, on issues such as nuclear policies of China and Japan and the Russia-Ukraine conflict, with Ren Libo, President of GVI, presiding over the meeting.

 

Both sides agreed that it is necessary to strengthen face-to-face communication and exchange, which is of great significance to eliminate misunderstanding and enhance understanding, and will continue to maintain and strengthen this communication channel in the future.
