Rudolf Scharping Gives Speech at GVI on the Future of Sino-German and Sino-European Relations in the Post-Merkel Era

On September 25th, Grandview Institution has held the 8th Grandview Current Situation Lectures of the Future of China-Germany and China-Europe Relations in the Post-Merkel Era, which given by Rudolf Albert Scharping who was the Former Federal Minister of Defence of Germany.

Ouyang Wei, the Vice Chairman of the Academic Committee and Director of the Borderland Governance Studies Center of Grandview Institution, has taken the chair in the lecture, while Feng Zhongping, the Director of Institute of European Studies of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, has commented about the views of relations between China-Germany and China-Europe.
