French Naval Attaché Visits GVI

On August 17th, Brieux GAROCHE, Naval Attaché of Embassy of France, visited Grandview Institution. HU Yumin, Senior Research Fellow at Grandview Institution, REN Libo, President of Grandview Institution, FENG Weihua, Vice-president of Grandview Institution and LIU Xiaobo, Director of Center for Ocean Studies at Grandview Institution joined the meeting with topics of Chinese and French perspectives on international and regional issues.
